My eight year old chose this shirt himself. When we ordered it, I must admit to feeling it was rather expensive for a child's shirt but I've changed my mind! It's a quality shirt. My son loves it and I know he'll live in it all winter. It is soft, truly cosy and stylish. The detailing is clever; the colours are super.
This shirt fits well on my average size 8 year old (neither tall or short for his age).

I bought one for each of my boys and they are really pleased with them. The quality of the fabric is really good. It's thick and warm and very soft, which makes them very comfy to wear and the colours are nice, just slightly unusual highlights in the check lift them up a bit but not so loud they are "embarrassing" (!) I think they will be really versatile as they can be worn on slightly smarter occasions because they are a 'proper shirt' so will appeal to Granny etc but won't get any complaints from the boys if I ask them to wear them. So perfect really
