I bought several pairs of these for my 2 sons. Both are tall but one is slim the other more solidly built. I had to go up 2 years on both, one for length, the other for waist fitting. They are lovely trousers which I hope will last 2 seasons rather then the usual one.

These trousers are a lovely shape and fabric however the dye has faded and changed colour after a few low temperature washes. I expected some fading with the pigment dye however the green has gone a yellowish colour in patches.Very disappointed and not Boden's usual standard.

Bought these for my son who was looking for some red jeans. Great fit with size true to measurement guide but slightly shorter than some winter jeans in the same size. A lovely washed red that manages to avoid being pink - very important for 10 yr old boys! But not as bright red as in some of the pictures. A nice summer weight without being too light. So far they have survived scooting, cricket and Star Wars re-enactments.

Fab trousers that fit perfectly. I find it very difficult to get trousers that fit my son who just turned four (103cm tall) . He is the right height for his age but more often the leg length on trousers are too long . These fit perfectly with a little length . So they should last the summer.....I bought the stone ( cream white) and green colour.These colour are beautiful. The detail on these trousers are cool . The pocket are lovely also.

I ordered the red and bright blue in these and have kept them both. Great casual trousers which look lovely on. I ordered age 4 for my slim average height 3 1/2 year old and they are fine. The waist in easily adjustable and the length is good, but not much room for growth even sizing up....... again!

Lovely trousers, but horrible synthetic itchy label which I am going to have to unpick - a pain. If it is possible to use soft cotton labels on Boden's other trousers, why not these?
