This is a lovely product. The fabric is incredibly soft - my son loves rubbing his cheek against it. It washes and wears well, and is great for Spring and/or Autumn wear - it's nicely breathable, but still quite warm.
My only criticism is that the double layer of fabric makes it slightly tricky to iron - but I'm really nitpicking here.

This hooded top is perfect. I ordered 3 different sizes and colours, to cater to the tastes of my sons. They usually wear entirely different clothes but they all love this top and have worn it simultaneously as well as independently. The tops have now been washed several times and retain the colours well. The material is soft. An excellent buy.

I ordered two of them, the red and the green one because my son loves that cuddly hoody. He`s 6 years old and the size 7-8y fits well, with the rolled up sleeves, which look nice in the different colour. The size 5-6y would be to slim.
Please Boden more of this hoody next time!!!

I ordered a 5-6 for my skinny, average height 5.5 year old son. The fit is a bit long in the body and sleeves as expected but the slim cut means that it doesn't drown him.
He isn't a fan of new clothes on the whole, but he hasn't objected to anything about this top, which from him is high praise.
