Having bought similar items for my son before, I had high expectations of this top. I like the colours and soft, comfotable fabric but really dislike the rubbery numbers - I suspect these will peel after a few washes and will need to be kept away from an iron. In the past these have been sewn on in fabric, a much better design.

This is at least the third Boden rugby shirt I have purchased for my son and this one is just as good as all the others. Great colour and make. Slightly on the large side (size 4-5) for my nearly 5 year old son, but at least that means it will last him a while. My only quibble would be that previous shirts have the numbers embroidered or sewn on, this one is printed.

I've not washed this sweatshirt yet so can't comment on that. Great looking rugby shirt but as with a lot of Boden boys tops, the sleeves seem much too long for the fit of the body. It seems good quality, which is what I would expect for an expensive top for a small boy!

Thick cotton fabric, so feels like it should last for years & get better with age. Went for a size up to get maximum wear & value & although generous (especially long in the sleeves, so have to roll them up), my son loves it. The aqua colour is more muted than in the photo, but still looks good. Classic Boden product!

When the top arrived my 5 year old said it was "really cool and he loved the colour" and I have had to sneak it away from him to wash it (came out very well). One thing I would say is that the sleeves are absurdly long...why? But he loves it and has asked for another colour.
