My son loves this hoody, he has worn it loads already and says it is comfortable and warm (which given our delightful spring weather is no bad thing! Snow this morning!). He thinks the design is 'cool', very important to a six year old boy. I bought it for our holidays but I think it will get lots of wear before then.

Proper funky boyswear! Not just small versions of menswear...it looks really cool. The pocket is nice and big for cars/sticks/treasure and if your kids have big heads, the head hole is nice and generous so they wont get friction burns on their ears whipping it on and off.

I ordered a towelling hoodie for my son last year, and was thrilled with it - it washes and wears beautifully, and is good in both warm and cool weather. So I ordered one of this season's styles without hesitation. Sadly, though, the quality is completely different - and much worse. It feels thinner and more synthetic, to start with. After only three washes threads are beginning to pull and the item is looking worn, particularly around the seams. It's going back, I'm afraid.

I bought 2 of these, one for each son and they love them. The towelling material does feel thinner than ones we've had in the past. Handy for the beach and swimming lessons. The red is very bright and the pirate theme has gone down well with my boys.

This is a nice hoody with a cool pattern. We bought the blue / green colour which is a nice soft colour. The fit was good but a bit broad on the shoulder. Over all good hoodie but a bit expensive at full price for what it is.

Very disappointed in quality. Not up to the usual Boden standard. The coloured pattern on the towelling was spoilt by the white backgound which comes through in patches all over the garment and on the seams making it look worn. Have bought this product many times over the years and this is the first time I've had to send it back.
